My name is Brenton Smith and I am an Estate Agent and I provide all the services of a traditional estate agency, and incorporate all of the benefits of today’s modern technology. Covering South & East Nottingham including Bingham, Bottesford, Radcliffe-on-Trent, Cotgrave, West Bridgford, Wilford, Ruddington and all of the villages in the Vale of Belvoir.

I offer all of our clients a bespoke, unique and personable service from start to finish. This includes being open 7 days a week and answerable to calls outside of office hours.

I am committed to ensuring your property journey is as seamless as possible from start to finish so not only provide free valuations, I guarantee every listing is complete with professionally enhanced photographs, detailed colour floorplans, presenter led property video tours & drone photo/aerial/video footage.

After that, I’ll prepare the details and photos and add your property on Rightmove & Zoopla as well as tap into my mailing list of buyers to help you to secure a buyer at the best price possible. I’ll help you with booking viewings, negotiating offers to maximise your price and, as you’d expect from a personal estate agent, we’ll help with seeing the sale all the way through, to the day you hand over the keys.

We sell all types of property, and because I’m powered by eXp UK, I don’t have to worry about the technology or property portals, allowing me to concentrate on what I do best, which is to sell houses.
